Are you looking for additional resources to enhance your Charis retreat experience? Whether you are interested in finding a spiritual director to meet with on a regular basis, or searching for virtual prayer tools, the list below can help you continue your faith journey outside of your retreat.

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual directors are trained men and women who can talk with you about your faith, your prayer life, and how you are seeking God.  It is an opportunity to take a look at your relationship with God.  Read more about spiritual direction and how it might fit into your life here.
Becky Eldredge, longtime leader in the Charis community, shares her experience of spiritual direction and why it works so well for those in their 20s and 30s.

To find a spiritual director, check with your the Charis partner in your area, or search through Spiritual Directors International.  More and more directors are willing to offer some or all direction remotely through video conference.  If you have someone you would be interested in meeting but who isn’t near you, consider asking them if this might be an option that would work.
